Birtle Residential School Reunion - September 4 & 5th, 2026

Michelle has been a committee member of the Birtle Residential School Survivors’ Committee, and has been involved in planning an upcoming reunion.

The Story Grounds research team will be helping to support the Survivors and their families at the Birtle Residential School Reunion, happening between Brandon and Birtle. Michelle will also be presenting a short talk on the creation of a 3-D model of the school and leading a discussion on what should happen with the model and where it will be stored.
